Gallium Nitrate (Ga(NO3)3)

Gallium Nitrate solutions are available in various concentrations. The solution can be packaged packaged in 500 mL bottles, 55 gallon drums, and 275 gallon bulk containers according to the quantity ordered. Current production capacity is over 1,000 kg of contained Gallium in solution per month.

Our Gallium Nitrate is produced from 4N pure Gallium.
